Located just half a block from Jenkinson’s Boardwalk and Beach, our homes put you within easy walking distance of the sand, rides, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and everything that makes the Jersey Shore so much fun.
For more than 15 years, families and friends have chosen Sun Ray Beach Homes as the place to relax, reconnect, and create lasting summer memories. Our unique property spans three side-by-side lots and includes four individual vacation homes and one poolside apartment, all centered around a heated mineral in-ground pool and spacious outdoor gathering areas.
What makes our setup so special is its flexibility. Rent one home for a family getaway, reserve several homes for a larger group, or rent the entire property for a reunion or vacation with multiple families and friends. Everyone can enjoy the convenience of staying together while still having the privacy and comfort of their own home.
The shared pool and surrounding patios create a natural gathering place for swimming, lounging, and spending time together. When it is time to unwind, guests can return to their own private decks, porches, and living spaces.
Our two larger homes each accommodate up to 10 guests. One of the larger homes, known as the Pink House and the attached Poolside Apartment can be rented together to sleep up to 14 guests, while our smaller homes and apartment comfortably accommodate four or five guests. This unique layout allows us to welcome couples, individual and extended families, and larger gatherings of friends and families.
Each dog-friendly rental includes off-street parking in our private lot, use of our outdoor showers and changing cabana, your own outdoor grill with grilling utensils, cooking and dining essentials, a private deck or covered porch, smart TV’s, WI-FI, beach badges, and parking permits for street parking if needed. Please note that the rental units do not have washers and/or dryers.
