This home is our most popular rental and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with an open concept living/dining/kitchen in 680 square feet of space.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, along with a microwave, blender and toaster oven. It is also equipped with a Keurig machine (drip pot coffee maker available upon request) and all the cooking and serving utensils you need for your stay with us! The larger bedroom has a queen size bed, and the smaller room features two twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Your private gated upper deck comes with your own propane barbeque grill and table w/chairs and an umbrella to enjoy the outdoors. Beach badges included.
The home is central air/heat and has cable TV and WiFi access. You will have two off street parking spaces in our private lot, with access to parking permits for street parking if needed.
Pricing and additional information
We rent weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or seasonally. Weekly Rate is $3,449.00 plus taxes during the high season, 6/22 through 8/31. Rates are reduced during the off season, contact us for additional information.
This rental requires a $500 security deposit and $300 pet deposit (per dog), if applicable. Both are refundable with no damage to the house or property. Non-Refundable Fees: standard cleaning fee and if bringing a dog, a pet cleaning fee.
