The Pink House at 32 Central Avenue - Front
This 1397 sq foot home features 5 BR and 3 BA. The first floor is an open concept living/dining/kitchen with one of the bedrooms and bathrooms just off the living room, featuring a queen bed and walk-in shower. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms offers a full-size bed and the other three bedrooms offer two twin beds. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo.
The front porch of the pink house is generously sized with room for a lounge area and a large table and chairs for outdoor dining
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and oven, along with a microwave, blender and toaster. It is also equipped with a Keurig machine (drip coffee maker available upon request) and all the cooking and serving utensils you need for your stay with us!
The home has central air/heat along with cable TV and WiFi access. You will have four off street parking spaces in our private lot, with access to parking permits for street parking if needed. Beach badges included.
At the back of the house, next to the outdoor showers along the white fence is a private propane barbeque.
Pricing and additional information
We rent weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or seasonally. Weekly rate is $5,550.00 plus taxes during high season, 6/21 through 8/30. Rates are reduced during the off season, contact us for additional information.
This rental requires a $1000 security deposit and $300 pet deposit (per dog) if applicable. Both are refundable with no damage to the house or property. Non-Refundable Fees: standard cleaning fee and if bringing a dog, a pet cleaning.
