The Red Townhouse at 32 Central Avenue - Rear
This home is two levels of 860 sq feet. On the second floor are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The larger bedroom has a full bed and twin bed, perfect for the kids, the other smaller bedroom has a queen bed, the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Downstairs is an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. The gated outside deck offers plenty of space and has a propane barbecue grill, a table, chairs and umbrella.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, along with a microwave, blender and toaster oven. It is also equipped with a Keurig machine (drip pot coffee maker available upon request) and all the cooking and serving utensils you need for your stay with us! Beach badges are included.
This home has window AC units, one downstairs and one in each of the bedrooms. It also features cable TV and WiFi access. You will have two off street parking spaces in our private lot, with access to parking permits for street parking if needed.
Pricing and additional information
We rent weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and/or seasonally. Weekly rate is $5200 (fees and security deposit included) during high season, 6/26 through 8/29. Rates are reduced during the off season, contact us for additional information.
This rental requires a $500 security deposit (already included in above total).
Please Note: If bringing dogs, an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 and an additional deposit of $300 (per dog) is required. The deposit is refundable with no damage to the unit or property.
